With my hip & lower back issues, I was doubtful that I would be able to participate in many of the exercises at Fitcamp. Kelly convinced me to at least come out & try whatever I felt I could manage. I’m glad I did. After each class I attended, the pain in my hips started to subside. The low-impact exercises were very effective and also built up my core muscles. I was more mobile and by end of the six week Fitcamp sessions, I was virtually pain free.
Thanks for talking me into it, Kelly! I can’t wait for the next session!
Kelly stands apart from other trainers. She sits down with you and ensures she knows exactly what you want from her and what you need from her. She designs your program specifically for you, not a cookie cutter program that is being used on all her other clients. She has helped me prepare for a 10km race, a half marathon and a CN Tower Climb. She’s also helped me meet various other fitness and weight loss goals, and been honest with me when my goals have been a little unrealistic. Kelly is amazing at what she does.
I highly recommend her to anyone no matter what your goals are, fitness or weight loss.
In March of 2012, I decided it was time to focus on my health and to get into better shape. My goals were to lose some weight, gain strength, and to hopefully relieve a little of life’s stresses that most of us carry. Kelly’s approach is remarkable. She is tough and pushes you to improve however is always aware of your personal limitations. She is motivating and has a mild and caring manner about her and I know that she is absolutely, without a doubt, dedicated to her clients well being and to help them achieve their goals. She is a book of knowledge about fitness and can answer any questions you have. I am proud to say that I have exceeded my goals and couldn’t have done it without her. I will continue to train with her as it’s the best part of my week.
I would be more than happy to be a personal reference for Kelly and would welcome anyone to call me should they have any questions.
Thank you Kelly for reminding me to step outside of my comfort zone, while being able to connect with other women with a sense of adventure. Time with Kelly allows me to rest, rejuvenate and rediscover myself!
Yesterday I took my son, nephews and niece to the park. We played octopus which is more or less tag. My 8 year old nephew told me I could “run fast”. A year ago I would have never caught him, 2 years ago I probably wouldn’t of played with them. So thank you Kelly for always pushing me and keeping me on track.
